Terms & Conditions
1. General These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through Sveadisplay.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
2. Products All our jewelry display stands and cases are crafted from natural materials. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, however natural wood grain, color, and texture may vary slightly between pieces. This is a characteristic of real wood or fabric and not a defect. Jewelry shown in product photos is for styling purposes only and is not included with any purchase unless explicitly stated. All dimensions are approximate.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
4. Orders & Contract A binding purchase contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & Delivery We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order has been handed to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@sveadisplay.om before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Custom or personalized orders are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless the item is faulty.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sveadisplay.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
8. Warranty Our products carry a statutory warranty in accordance with applicable law. If a product proves defective within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the fault.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including product photos, descriptions, logos, and branding is the property of Svea Display and is protected by copyright. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
10. Privacy & Data Protection We collect and process personal data (name, address, email, payment details) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where necessary to complete your order (e.g. shipping carriers, payment processors). Our processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Limitation of Liability Our products are decorative display items intended for household and retail use. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
